I am a business and economics editor at the German national newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung, where I cover a wide range of topics with a focus on economics and the tech sector. I am also a host and author for the YouTube channel Was kostet die Welt?

I have a PhD from St John's College, Oxford, where my research focused on migration, trade, and protectionism in interwar Germany. I have a BA in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth and an MPhil in Economic and Social History from the University of Oxford (St Hugh's College).
